Bicester Shopping Spree.

Bus ticket from Cambridge to Oxford and back is cheaper than a single journey within Cambridge itself. Yes, how stupid is that?

National Express coach is having a 1pound promotion and so, it took me only £1.50 to get to Bicester, Oxfordshire and back.

Bicester Village is a shopping heaven where almost everything sold there is half the RRP. It's a outlet village and it's reasonable big with quite a few fancy brands there.

Even though the bus journey sucked so bad that I could puke my guts out, time spent in Bicester Village is more than enough to compensate that.


My budget - £100.
**Arghh, how I hoped someone would drop 1 million pounds on the floor and I would have picked it up there.

Looking around the village for almost 2 hours and hadn't bought anything yet, I decided to buy something really cheap first, to initiate my shopping mood.

First item bought:
FCUK pants at £12 only!
Which leaves me only £85.85 left to spent (including bus ticket and breakfast).

Second item bought:
Next was a hoodie by Guess Jeans.


Now I only have £61.85 to spend.

Third and last item bought:
a Jacket from Tommy Hilfiger.

This Jacket cost £39.99. Notice how classy the material is.
This leaves me with £21.86 left.

Went to tesco after that to get lunch and waited for the bus back to Cambridge.
Spent £2.4o in Tesco.

Final Count:
Spent £80.54 at Bicester. Quite Satisfied actually.

Poker Night at Pagan's Crib

Out of the blue, Pagan decided to make fried rice for us for dinner. So, we all prepared ourselves for another poker night at Pagan's.

I have to say, Pagan's really running out of things to say whenever we come to her place, it's always the same phrase,

"Welcome to my 'CRIB'."

Fried Rice was not bad at all, I bet she used tons of ajinomoto!! hahah, Just Kidding. xD. After that, straight on to a few Big2 (锄大D) games, pokers and Black Jack. It was a boring game today, no mood for it really. No offence pagan.

After that, took a few really lame videos and then, left for home.

Dinner was nice, card game was boring, phototime was amusing, videotime was.. dumb.

That concludes my first night of half-term.

Norwich & University

Went to Norwich today. I have to say, Norwich can be both modern and medieval city, not to mention peaceful and harmonious.


I have to be honest now - I'm falling in love with University of East Anglia. That place is absolutely peaceful and beautiful.

The student accommodation block is built rather creatively. It looks very much like a ziggurat and the scenery out from the windows of the rooms are gorgeous. Blue cloudy sky with perfect green field and a river.

Student accommodation is also very very near to lecture halls and other university facilities, very convenient. =) The whole campus looks rather old but believe me, their facilities are state of the art modern, including one HUGE gym with EVERYTHING e.g. swimmingpools, rockclimbingwall, courts etc etc..


Well, sadly, it's far away from the city and I don't suppose you have a lot of entertainment there. And I bloody didn't apply there. =( Just accompanied Renze there for her open day since it's her birthday and first day of half-term.

8) I don't care! I just wanna get into Uni!!

9) If internet doesn't exist, I don't exist.

10) I'm very very mean. I'm literally a bitch.

11) I like different accents. My Favourite accents are Irish/Scottish [they sound exactly the same to me - very melodious, like singing] followed by French accent.

13) The angrier my close friends get, the happier I get.. [I did say I'm mean right?]

14) I don't get porn. Seriously, what's up with Huge Boobs and Curves? I think I'm not mature enough to err.. appreciate?

15) I have a serious case of short-term memory lost. Very very serious case. I think I might have a brain tumour.

16) My goal is to.. pay back the money my parents "invested" in me, then start smoking.

I like number 4 the most. Got it from F.R.I.E.N.D.S season 10 episode 1. =)

Snow,Sun and Something New

The snow showers come and go, but the ice stays eternal. No kidding, after one whole week with only about 3 days of snow showers, the snowflakes and ice remains on the ground, beautifying everything it covers.

However, Sun's up today and I don't think the ice and snowflakes are going to make it today. They're starting to melt. ='( My condolences. I'm gonna miss the snow a lot.

According to BBC today, snow ain't coming here anymore. =(, but there's gonna be plenty of sunshine. Can't deny that it's not a good thing - we don't get a lot of sunshine here in this time of month.

Anyway, something new happened yesterday. Drastic change actually. I had my hair cut! Eepin cut it for me and well, she's not that great but she ain't that bad either. There's one fairly obvious HOLE on my head. =( Besides that, my hair seems not that bad for a first timer.


Now, I looking forward to Spring. =). Seems like it was just yesterday that it was January. How time flies eh? Oh well, Half term next week and after that, it'll be the final battle ( damn that's so cliche) and we're off facing another whole new world. How I wish time could slow down.

Because it snowed today, college is closed. Yay us. According to BBC weather, it's going to snow for the rest of the week, hence it's going to be the best week of the whole year! I hope the weather stays that way, I LOVE SNOW,SNOW,SNOW!! =DDD

My blog's not dead. It's just that I seriously have nothing to write. Come to think of it, almost all of my previous post are about complaints.

Anyway, about Chinese New Year.
Yeah, good times - when you get to celebrate with your family!

When you're out far away where Chinese Celebration means nothing, all you can really do is have dinner with friends, go catch some movies, gamble here and there, nothing much really.

Therefore, what I did during Chinese New Year? Eat and Gamble, that's how boring Chinese New Year is in EnglishLand. I'd like to post some pictures but all the pictures are in Renze's camera now and I don't have the will to get them. Toooo Lazy actually. Maybe another time.

Friday Today. I got nothing to do tomorrow. Homework's definitely my main priority. Not many movies out to be downloaded. It's all Bad Karma.. =(


BBC says there's gonna be light snow showers on Sunday and Heavy ones on Monday and Tuesday. I hope they're not lying. I hope the weather stays that way. I absolutely enjoy the snow. They're so white and peaceful.. And that would mean I have something to blog about as well. =)
