My laptop is now officially dead.

I shall be having lots of difficulty going online.

Laptop Problem.. Again..

why does bad thing always happen to me?

Today, woke up and found my laptop screen all blue. Literally blue. On it was written: Hardware Malfunction etc etc.. Okay, I thought that wasn't that bad. Just restart everything and it'll be alright. However, the worst has yet to come.

After restarting my laptop, everything looked fine at first. Was able to go online, went through email and facebook. Half way going through facebook, the whole laptop crashed and auto restarted.

This is when I went really frightened. The screen split into 6 parts!! I was so fcking nervous. Laptop is my life. In addition to that, it's half-term break! What should I do without laptop!!

Restarted like 6-7 times the whole of today. Did a total of 3 system recovery when I finally couldn't stand any longer and decided to repair it myself. I thought there was a virus coz I couldn't delete one of the file that I recently downloaded. I tried to repair my laptop by reloading my laptop 3 days back in time.

Apparently, the downloaded files were all still there. Hence, that damned contaminated file is still there and i have no possible way of deleting it. Oh please let this thing just.. dissolve into the whole massive PC file and let the white blood cell mechanism devour that so very cursed file. =(

Lesson to all:

Never download files that are really old and have very very little seeds. It could be viruses. ='(

Dare to Dream! [2nd day of Half-term]

Funny how daylight saving works. 

One moment you're an hour ahead of time. The next, you went back one hour in time. 

And so, begin the one week half-term holiday. =)

Suppose to be something really great, getting one week of no education at all, but second day of half-term and I'm freaking bored. Seriously. 

Okay, it's Sunday today and no one should feel bored of Sundays. Funny how the mind works eh? Knowing you're going to do NOTHING the whole of next week, everything now seems..... Slow and Boring.

I think the most relieving part of half-term is.. You Don't Have to Wake Up Early! Yaayyyy =) 

If only the internet was faster or my timing was more perfect. I would have some movies to watch. =( Downloading House M.D season 2 and I think I would need another couple of days more to finish downloading them. Bumer.

I suppose I can go to the Gym everyday.. which I highly doubt possible. Or I can revise my school work. Shopping? I need to organize myself now. I am like a dog in a cage, doing nothing all day except.. .. .. .. nothing!!?? 

I need to dream more often. I see the world as it is everyday. Too boring.

These few sleepless nights had me wondering about what I thought I wanted to be back then.. and more importantly, why..

In my kindergarten years, I wanted to be a teacher. So I could draw and colour with everyone everyday. 

When I thought everything was cool

When I was in primary 1, I wanted to be a policeman, cause they have guns which was super awesome that time.

Primary 2, I wanted to be a fireman, 'cause I get to run into the fire and not get burn.. What was I thinking?

Primary 3, I wanted to be a pilot, 'cause the teacher said pilot gets to ride a plane.. xD

Primary 4, I wanted to be a scientist 'cause they are super smart and invents lots of crap. (the days when I dreamt of inventing indestructible robots and missiles and conquer the world =DDD)

Primary 5, I wanted to be a doctor 'cause they heal the sick and gets to look at the inside of a person. 

Primary 6, I wanted to be a businessman 'cause then, I'll be super rich like dad.

I also wanted to be a famous football player, 'cause everyone knows their name.

When my dreams went a little nuts.

Secondary 1, I wanted to be an astronomer, 'cause I wanted to learn to read astrological signs and predict future.

Secondary 2, I wanted to be wizard or sorcerer , so that I could use magic to finish that mountain of homework.

Secondary 3, I wanted to be ... I don't remember what I wanted to be...

Secondary 4, I wanted to be a doctor/scientist/engineer. That's why I chose the science stream.

Secondary 5, 

I wanted to be everything in the world. 

I wanted to be an actor, then I'll be rich and famous. 

I wanted to be a singer, then I'll still be rich and famous.

I wanted to be a world class doctor, so everyone would look up on me (rich and famous again.)

I wanted to be some super scientist, so I could invent weird medicine that could bring the dead back to life (again, rich and famous)

I wanted to be a pharmacist, so I could tell patients about super bizarre drug names which sounds super cool. (just playing smart =D)

Yesterday night I was thinking, 

I think I'll be a good actor if I was just a little taller, but hey, there could be short actors too right? But where to study acting, here in UK? All super rich actors are from the United States. If I were to study acting here, would I be famous?

Not long after that, I realized something... I've already submitted my UCAS form. 

Oh screw all my years of dreaming..

To shop, or not to shop?

Oh yea, winter's really coming now. Getting more and more colder outside. Okay, I know that's bad english but just trying to exaggerate a little =). Anyway, due to this coldness, I stayed at home all day, wondering what's on sale in the city. 

At one point, I couldn't stand any longer and decided to shop online. First thing in mind was to get myself winter jacket. Budget:  £50.00. After surfing through dozens upon dozens of website, It finally came down to one website with 2 winter jackets. Sadly, I have to choose one of them.

After long and hard decision making, brain storming, making tables of pros and cons, I made up my mind and was ready to pay for it when the worst thing in online shopping history happened.. My debit card isn't activated for online transaction!! 

My first online shopping experience turned out to be a sucky one. I think God's trying to tell me I shouldn't shop online or bad things are going to happen. 

We just say the weirdest thing.

online shopping is killing me. No thanks to CHARMAINE! That biatch!! xD If it weren't for her, I would have never gotten addicted to online shopping. As tempting as it is, I'm lucky I still have the will not to spend stupidly on things I don't need, but still!! omfg, where on earth would you find Ralph Lauren for £15!! ='(

Well, chatted with charmaine a lot nowadays in MSN. Hell we seriously say the weirdest thing! =) That's us alright.. We're each other's laughing gas. When both of us are together, we suddenly have this extreme courage and strength to do the most bizarre crap in the world and not feel stupid about it.

Definitely a memory I wanna remember. =)

3 letters.

Everytime you watch TV and you see those actors saying "OMG! it's our first mail! I'm so excited!! Quick, open it!!! " and you go what the hell is wrong with these people? Now I finally understood what the hell is wrong with them. 

First mail I got was from Addenbrooke's hospital. That mail was dated July and got it 3 months later. I believe Addenbrooke's gonna hate me so much. =(

Second mail I got was from UCAS. Okay, everyone who applied their university through UCAS would definitely get their letters, so no surprise in that.

Third mail was the best. =) University of Leeds sent me a letter that says they have confirmed receiving my UCAS application form.. I know it's nothing great but once you get it, you'll understand the excitement. 

Birthday Parties for the 18s.

11 days after my actual birthday, I finally get to celebrate it! =) Why 11 days? It's because everyone would be in Cambridge 11 days after my birthday. It's a merged birthday with Miss Lu. We're officially legal now. My birthday was on 30th September while hers was on 6th October.

Had dinner at the castle. Wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Food was really bloating and yummy too. A little salty but still, satisfying.

Yesterday, 9th of October, watched another horror movie. =) Well, in conjunction with halloween this month, I shall watch horror movies everyday! Yay me! Please do let me know any scary movies. The scarier, the better. I need to scare myself a little.

The movie I watched: 100 feet. It was quite scary at first, but the longer you watch, the less scarier it gets. The ending sucks big time. Seriously! This movie's about some angry ghost trying to kill the murderer. Frankly, it's a little lame.

Today, went to City Centre after school. Firstly with Pagan and Eepin. Got tons of snack food!! =D 

Pagan has a class after that, so she left me and Eepin. Then we waited for Renze to come. Change shift!! xD

Actually wanted to buy the full length mirror for Eepin as her b'day present but she doesn't want it. She wants cash instead o.O. So we made a deal! If she could refund the present she gave, I'll give her cold hard CASH! hehehehe

Later, Charmaine's gonna come!! =) We're reunited once again!! Joyyyy!!! 

Midnight Meat Train

Just finished watching Midnight Meat Train. Sounds funny eh? That was my first thought when the movie came out. I'd suppose it was a comedy but after I've watched it..

I would give this movie somewhere around 7 out of 10. It was in fact, really scary. No specifics which part is scary. It's just the overall story that made this movie awfully ghastly.

So there was a few monsters that rationally doesn't exist but still, butchering human beings to prevent the extinction of those monsters are really horrible not to mention terrifying. And the part where the guy pulled of another's tongue and ate it.!! Absolutely disgusting. 

Compare this movie to erm, The Exorcist, I'd have to say this movie is freaking more scarier.. I think it's most probably coz I'm soo far away from my loving family who would protect each other if some crazy butcher comes home and starts screwing off people's eye.. 

For those who enjoys watching blood and gore, I recommend this movie to you. Enjoy! =)

Finally finished watching all the TV shows I have. =) All I have to do now is finish watching all the movies and wait till the next episode of Bones, Grey's anatomy and Heroes to come out! 

This is getting really out of hand. Ever had a really bad addiction? I think I just found out mine. Really explains a lot on why homework sucked so bad nowadays. 

What's new eh? Yesterday was the princess's birthday. Didn't get her anything AT ALL! Well, gonna get her something soon anyway. Got one present in mind already but don't think that present would satisfy her royal highness. So, gonna think of someMORE present. 

This Friday, Charmaine and HC are coming to Cambridge. WEEEEEEE, reunion time for us people. However, someone else is coming too. Someone charmaine wouldn't want to come. Someone from... Edinburgh... 

School's getting really boring nowadays. Time really do flies. One moment you're in school, the next, you're at home watching Heroes season 3 episode 4. xD

movies!! =)

A little outdated I am but can't be blame. The production company released their DVD version very much later after the movie has been released in the cinema. So, I just finished watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. 

The movie wasn't that bad. Overall, the story line was great. Special effects, not that great. Actors/Actress, some are great, some aren't so great. Have to admit, Harrison Ford isn't as young as he was anymore, he lost his 'Thunder' in this movie. His stunts and actions doesn't seem to be as agile or as.. strong? as before.. 

Of so many movies, I'd give this movie errr.. 6.5 out of 10? I'd still prefer horror/romance/fantasy movies. Not so much of adventure or detective or sports types. 

Well, hopefully, I still get to live till I finished watching them movies. =) 

wise.exam.laundry.sleep.bizarre

It's pretty hard to write a blog almost everyday. From today onwards, I shall be posting blogs whenever I find necessary or whenever I feel bored! =) Trying to spend my time wisely now! 

My academic progress has been 'decelerating' in massive proportion lately. Seriously.. Question ask me to comment about the graph, I answer one whole loads of crap. Something's really bugging me lately and I intend to find out! I can't be slacking off now. Next week, there's stage test for every single subjects I'm taking. Damn.

Well, despite those, I finally did my laundry today!! Now my closet smell of new clothes and I have clean underwears !!

Waking up seems to be a problem nowadays too! The cold weather seriously makes people really sleepy. I had trouble waking up a couple of times this week. In fact, I woke up around 8:25 am once and class starts at 9 am. Amazingly, I managed to take a long warm shower and still have time to pack my bag.  

Oh, one more thing. I've decided to not use the word "weird" anymore and instead, I'll start using "bizarre". =)

Laundries and Rainbow.

Oh how I wish clothes can clean by themselves. Seriously, it's so burdening to have to do laundries. I got no idea how the maids do it EVERYDAY. I've been wanting to do laundry for almost 2 weeks now but failed.

The idea of waiting for the washing machine to wash the clothes for half and hour then move the clothes to the dryer and wait for another hour is just.. annoying!!

Oh how I wish clothes would just clean up by themselves.. =)

It's going to be raining a lot nowadays here.. tomorrow's Friday and I'm free after lunch. Hope there wouldn't be rain. Really feel like going to the city for a walk but LAUNDRIES!! arghh..

Today, I saw 2 rainbows at the same time. =) It was so cool. Every time you see a rainbow, it would be just a quarter of it. Today I saw a semi circle rainbow and another quarter rainbow just above it. Ohh, it was so beautiful and harmonious.. I could sit there all day just to see them but it's raining.. =(

I'm liking the rain nowadays, a little.. Coz they bring the rainbow out. But.. you get all wet and sticky.. 

There's no Autumn like Winter eh? Freaking Cold now already!!
